Sales Support / Administrative Executive

Brief Company Profile
 
The company specializes in the design and manufacturing of metal parts and components for specific applications in the semi-conductor, LED lighting, automotive, electronics, refrigeration, furniture & fittings industries. The manufacturing plant is located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
 
Job Responsibilities
1)         Administrative
·         Provide professional sales support and follow-up on customers enquiries with sales personnel to ensure the enquiries are timely attended
·         Maintain an efficient filing system for sales transactions records and department documentation
·         Attend to enquiries from sales agent and follow through until order completion
·         Coordinate with Finance Department on submission of banker’s acceptance documents for sales
·         Prepare daily outstanding orders report, consolidate and submit sales reports
·         Arrange departments meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes and attend inter-department meetings when needed
·         Distribute incoming faxes
2)         Order processing
·         Perform daily clerical task in order processing
·         Generate sales quotation and invoice, sales and delivery orders
·         Follow up on sales order requirements and progress
·         Liaise with Purchasing Division on raw material purchasing requirements
3)         Logistic
·         Assist in LMW reporting and customs documentation preparation
·         Liaise with warehouse, forwarders and transporters to coordinate daily outgoing shipment to ensure timely deliveries
·         Carry out transportation cost analysis and propose preferred transportation types
4)         General tasks
·         Maintain quality consistency at work areas and regularly perform good housekeeping at work areas
·         Responsible in taking care of company properties assigned to you
·         Safeguard confidential information relating to company operation, sales, marketing and financial matters
 
Job Requirements
·         Minimum secondary education or Certificate/Diploma in any discipline
·         SPM holders with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in sales order processing are encouraged to apply
·         Ability to read, write and converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia languages and computer literate
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills
·         Performance driven, customer-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision

Remuneration package
Monthly salary : RM1,500.00 – RM2,000.00 with incentive
Working hours : 5 days week
