Job Description:
  1. Managing a Preschool Centre

• To manage the day-to-day centre operations,


• To drive student recruitment and manage parents expectation


• To build conducive studying and working environment


• To manage profitability


• To provide guidance, coaching and counseling for staffs

  2. Events Management

• To organize field trip, excursion, sport day and other annual events,


• To coordinate with principals from other centres

  3. Other Responsibilities

• To host regular staff meeting


• To provide guidance, coaching and counselling for staffs


• To conduct review on programme and centre progress from time-to-time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any disciplines, preferably in early Childhood Education


• Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage


• Passionate in dealing with young children


• Able to multi-task and a good team player


• Creative, positive, friendly attitude and ability to cope with change
