SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 
Core Job & Task:
1.      To assist and supervise entire operation of Factory Service Centre (FSC), Authorized Service Centre (ASC); customer relationship of Distributor, Dealer, User.
 
Job Duties:
1.      To plan and visit all Factory Service Centre (FSC) & Authorized Service Centre (ASC) to enable smooth operation and development.
2.      To manage all warranty claims and assist customer service upon customer feedback and complaints.
3.      To ensure spare-parts and repairing equipment in healthy level.
4.       To organize & conduct internal & external training to maintain standard professional technical support towards Makita customer.
5.      To assist monthly small group Authorized Service Training (ASC) training & development program.
6.       To assist Procurement Department for SIRIM & ST application for in and outgoing tools for technical assembly and testing.
7.      To compile Factory Service Centre (FSC) & Authorized Service Centre (ASC) monthly report to meet management target timeline.
8.      To get market survey relate to management requirement.
9.      To assist in professional technical assistance to any company events or any marketing related duties.
10.  To maintain company web domain technical & service data update.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master Degree in mechanical engineering or any other related fields;


• Minimum five (5) years of working experience in service repairing and team management skill;


• FMCG experience.


• Possess a strategic mind set with high level of integrity, ethics and results driven;


• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;


• Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions;


• Required skills: Microsoft Power Point, Words & Excel;

Required language: English, Chinese, Malays.
