Job Title: Specialist -Infrastructure ( 6 months contract)

About the Client

International logistic company for its KL Operation.

Duties

• Prior experience in Server Room or Data Centre Suppor


• Prior experience in supporting Shared Service Centre with > 200 end users


• Strong influencing skills and ability to interact all levels such as customer/business stakeholders, senior management and vendors


• Strong interpersonal communication, and client-facing skills.


• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to a business audience


• Strong skills in team communication and building positive and cohesive team relationships


• Strong problem solving and time management skills


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


• ITIL Certification / Microsoft Certification / Cisco Certification

Skills & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in ICT/Computer Science or a related discipline. Professional certificates will be an advantage.


• Minimum 3 + years ICT working experience in MNC.


• Progressive experience in Servers , Data centre support and infra implementation.


• Good communication skills.
