Technical Support Executive - Mandarin speaker

Responsibilities:

•    Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product
•    Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.
•    Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem.
•    Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries


Requirements:


•    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in IT Field. 
•    Required language(s): English & Mandarin. 
•    Must be a Malaysian nationality.
•    Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
•    Fresh Graduates with Cert/Degree/Diploma in IT encourage to apply
•    Training will be provided.
•    Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts    


Salary & Benefit:


•    5 working days in a week
