Job Descriptions:- Handle incoming calls (inquiries, orders, complaints, etc.)
- Places outbound calls (account status, complaints, collections, etc.)
- Proactively follow-up with customers and improve customer experience from time-to-time.
- Take charged to resolve customer complaints, feedback and compliments, liaising with other teammates as required.
Requirements:
- Have customer service related experience 客服相关经验
- Able to read and speak in Cantonese (Handling Hong Kong account) 通晓粤语,以粤语阅读和沟通。(此职务将与香港客户沟通)
- Able to write in Chinese.通晓中文书写。
- Required to have at least Diploma or Certificates level(至少拥有文凭或以上的相关学历)
*Only open to local Malaysian that able to speak in Cantonese, read and write in Chinese
