Our client is an established construction company with many major projects, both nationwide and overseas, specializing in civil, construction, foundation, geotechnical, marine engineering and repair works.

Job Description:

• 
  

  To Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Manager in providing support for procurement, cost and contract administration at assigned Projects

  
  


• 
  

  To Coordinate full range of QS activities including estimation, quantity take-off and claims preparation

  
  


• 
  

  To Administer pre-contract work including analyzing scope of tender, sourcing of sub-contractors, preparing bills of quantity, pricing and submission of tenders

  
  


• 
  

  To assist and to evaluate tender documents and prepare report for presentation

  
  


• 
  

  To arrange and conduct site valuation together with the Consultants

  
  


• 
  

  To review Variation Orders prepared by the Consultants and administer post-contract work by following up with Consultants on payment certificates

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare internal final account and handle claims as well as payment for assigned Projects

  
  

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.


• At least 1 -3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position


• Able to work on site and willing to relocate


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply


• Location: Subang Jaya


• Full-Time position(s) available.


• RM 3000 – RM 4500
