40% Overseas Travelling – SEA

We are urgently hiring for Senior QA -­ Permanent, for one of the top Manufacturing MNC in Malaysia. The Job Description is provided below

the role

• Lead for the QMS (Quality Management System) for Valve Automation


• Responsible for the supplier qualification and periodical audit


• Drive and implement the statistic control ( Control Chart, GR & R, FMEA,etc ) at supplier site


• Handle customer complaint, analyze and initiate corrective and preventive action with


• relevant department


• Responsible for achieving the company Quality goal


• Other task assigned as and when required

the requirement

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.


• At least 3 years experience in a similar manufacturing environment


• Good knowledge in QMS, ISO 9001


• Experience in ISO 9001 auditor, working knowledge of quality control techniques.


• Experience in SPC implementation


• Strong in problem solving skill and statistical control.


• Experience in managing the customer requirement and complaint.


• Ability to liaise with SEA suppliers

Desired :

• Familiar in six sigma implementation


• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing system
