Key Responsibilities
– Responsible for the smooth running of restaurant/bar/banquet area, as well as  to ensure smooth and professional service delivered to the guests.
– To serve food and beverage according to menu by following P&P.
– Maintain a thorough knowledge food and beverages and wines.   
– Prepare mise en place for operations including restaurant and banquet as required by Restaurant/Bar Manager.
– To ensure all the Restauran/tBar/Banquet equipments are cleaned and ready for the operations.
– To ensure that the menus and other collaterals related to the Restaurant/Bar/Banquet are always presentable.

Requirements
– Malaysian citizen
– Fluent in international languages and English
– 2 years of experience is a similar field
– Confident, mature, courteous, well-groomed, approachable, attentive and proactive.
– Service minded and guest oriented
