Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Familiar with GST
• Manage budget, forecast, cash flow and tax matters
• Perform consolidation of accounts
• Liaise with tax agent, external auditors, corporate secretarial, government bodies
on audit, taxation, statutory and others
relevant financial matter
• Implement and modify financial policies and procedures as and when necessary
• Review financial performance and analysis
• Lead and manage the operations of the finance department
• Review and evaluate key internal controls to ensure adequacy and effectiveness
• Perform any job duty as and when required by the immediate superior
Working Experience:
• Malaysian with at least 10 year(s) in similar working experience in the related
Construction field
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Work independently under minimum supervision
• Responsible with good leadership and analytical skills
• Possess excellent team work and communication with internal & external parties.
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical, meticulous, conscientious and discrete in
handling finance matter
• Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiar with accounting system. Knowing of GP system is added advantage
• Able to converse and write in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skill(s): MS Office
