DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Prepare annual operational budget for property in management report format

  • Facilitate identification of mena sto control expenses and generate revenue so as to achieve targeted objectives

  • Oversee monthly forecast of all business units to ensure efficient operations

  • Oversee and implement asset management Oversee IT department Assist other functions in carrying out the BSC action plans to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ensure timely and accurate production of all required reports and schedules

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requriements by setting appropriate internal controls and procedures

  • Review accounting related procedures and recommend to simplify and improve exisitng systems

  • Set up Back Office Accounting systems Update Accounts Team regulary on the organisation’s directions Lead, motivate and develop the team in order to achieve the departmetn’s objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Familiar with the reporting and regulatory requirements in malaysia, familiar with the uniform system of accounts for the lodging industry, computer literacy and knowledge of relevant software applications, drive for results and organising effectiveness, excellent problem­solving and decision­making and work independently, Leadership & developing subordinates.

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Experience in Hotel/Hospitality industry is a must

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Golden Triangle. Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Finance ­ General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

  • Responsible, dedicated and able to work under minimum supervision.
