About the company:


Our client is a shared services located in KL. They are in the banking and financial services industry.


About the role:


The core purpose of this role will be to focus on the HR Strategies, remuneration and benefits, staff performance and change management.


  • Develop HR strategies & plans to suit the business requirements ensure its effective implementation and management

  • Ensure effective & efficient management of salaries & benefits, in line with the client’s policies & practices, and relevant legal requirements. Continuously monitor actual expenditure against budget, and undertake appropriate control measures to ensure HR & Admin operations are conducted cost effectively within approved budget

  • Create a conducive working environment that would enhance staff productivity in achieving departmental objectives through motivation, coaching and career progression & development.

  • Identify & develop comprehensive employee relations strategies & plans and ensure its implementation to improve organizational climate and develop an organizational culture which supports the Company’s shared values. Ensure harmonious industrial relationship through effective management – union relationship.

Requirements:


  • A Bachelors Degree

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Working experience in a shared services and also banking

  • Strong and proven stakeholders management
