about the role

As the Human Resources Manager you will offer support to the contact centre, support staff and managers. For the first year you will be a single contributor in the HR team, eventually growing your team as the business develops. This is a role for someone that is operational, however will develop further into a strategic role.

duties & responsibilities

• deliver the full payroll function for the business


• manage all recruitment and selection projects


• provide expert IR/ER recommendations back to the business


• hr administration and immigration documents


• performance management

skills & experience

• relevant tertiary qualification in a HR discipline


• at least 3-5 years experience in a human resources management role


• sound knowledge of and experience with payroll, HR practices and local employment/labour legislation


• strong commercial acumen and sound understanding of the contact centre /BPO sector


• highly skilled in facilitating disciplinary procedures and performance management processes


• strong recruitment and selection experience in the contact centre industry


• excellent written and verbal communication skills
