Marketing and Training Executive

The incumbent shall focus on the Marketing of the Training Program for Crowdfunding and manage Training Events and Seminars, in line with our goal to establish understanding about crowdfunding and its benefits to users.

Core functions in the Marketing role will range from :
a) Sourcing of potential users and network of groups that shall benefit from Crowdfunding and establishing user signups.


b) Developing Outreach Strategies and other Marketing/Public Relation strategies to expand the user profile base in various regions within Malaysia and China.


c) Coordinate and Manage Training Event – Seminars, Small Group Trainings.


d) Manage the sourcing of Training Facility for training purposes. (since this is a work from home opportunity, the Trainer will need a Training Premise, thus we need to engage in a venue for this)


e) Establish potential participants awareness about Crowdfunding services, through education and awareness of its benefits and its potential to raise funds for personal, business and any organisational needs.


f) Preparation of Training Modules and Materials for Participants (to be coordinated and discussed as a team with other regional trainers appointed by us, to ensure that all Training Materials are universal but suited to the native country of the Trainer)


REQUIREMENTS:


1. Minimum 2 years Marketing experience required, preferably in fundraising, corporate social responsibility, local community development or equivalent.


2. Training experience preferable, however in-house training shall be conducted to prepare candidate and execute proper Training Materials and Standard Operating Procedures for the Local Region Training Modules


3. Able to work with minimum supervision and willing to work remotely, via telecommuting methods in terms of reporting goals and accomplished tasks.


4. Able to communicate in English for business communication purposes


5. Possess good Internet access, mobile phone for telecommunication purpose, particularly due to the nature of business, using Skype Video Conference and other Electronic Communications method.


6. Prepared to travel within the local region.


7. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or local Chinese dialects in, written, reading and spoken. (This is due to the nature of most users in China and Malaysia being targetted are of chinese descent. For Malaysian users, the candidate need to be good in Bahasa Malaysia as well as English for training purposes)


8. Intermediate English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency


9. A Basic degree in marketing, communications, public relations or equivalent.


10. For those without academic credentials, we shall consider those with extensive work experience in similar fields.
