We are urgently hiring for Senior Quality Engineer for World’s leading Electronic Manufacturer located in Malaysia. The Job Description is provided below

the role

• Develop & support the organization to enhance quality and productivity initiatives (Quality, Cost & Delivery) that will ensure alignment with Company goals


• Assist in quality & productivity improvement activities at 4 manufacturing plants by emphasizing Quality, Cost & Delivery


• Assist Senior Manufacturing Innovation Manager to train & develop targeted specialists to be a competent in- Quality Control (QC), Kaizen & TPM etc.


• Actively assist in providing proposal to develop training program to build a team of skilled personnel to handle all quality guidelines & policies to inculcate the continuous improvement mentality


• Constantly provide sharp insights & solutions for all Manufacturing plants in Asia Pacific related to Quality Control (QC) & Industrial Engineering (IE).


• Enhance organization capability, system & risk management on Quality, Environment & Safety.


• Support Quality Systems, OMR, QA, Audits, Internal Quality, Product Inspection

the requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality improvement on Electronic or Automotive parts at Multinational company

• Experience in Industrial Engineering / Site EMS management

• Experience of Quality Management System (QMS) management / improvement

• Training knowledge in FMEA, CPK, DOE and Taguchi Method
