Clerical Assistant

Job summary:
Perform customer support, clerical & administrative duties for sales related activities for company. Data entry into system to perform sales activities and communicate with both vendors & clients to assist sales activities.

Job tasks and responsibilities:


  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing e-mails.

  • Managing vendors communications.

  • Customer service and support via phone & online

  • Checking and entering data (may enter data into computer system)

  • Sales clerical duties.

  • Performs related job duties as required.

Education requirements
Certificate/ diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills and experience


  • One year of office experience preferred.

  • Typing ability may be tested if required.

  • Knowledge of relevant software applications including Ms Office & Ms Excel.

  • Proficient in use of email and internet.

  • Good numeracy skills.

  • Accurate keyboard skills.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures.

  • Good communications skill.

Other Requirements: 


  • Possess own transportation.
