about the role

It’s a permanent position that based at Shah Alam/Klang/Petaling Jaya.The work required you to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You are responsible for for a variety of engineering tasks in the field of process automation and SCADA. The engineer will successfully apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to support engineering.

duties

• Complete engineering design, testing and commissioning of facility instrumentation and control systems.


• Perform engineering tasks using established procedures, these include but are not limited to, equipment selection, schematic design, system layout, cost estimation and system documentation.


• Automation and SCADA project planning, scheduling and budgeting based upon project commissioning and start-up schedule.


• To troubleshoot machine problem related to PLC.


• Modify and HMI program to meet production requirement.


• Generate system architecture and automation network drawings.


• System testing and troubleshooting of control programs


• Work closely with company personnel to optimize facility efficiency and reliability.


• Provide guidance and training assistance to employees.

skills & experience

• Successfully candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics/ Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.


• 3-6 years working experience in related field and FMCG industry will be added advantage


• Candidates need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors.


• Capable of inspection, trouble shooting and preparing scope of repair and overhaul and supervision of the same.


• Must be proficiency in suing PLC


• Supervising a group of technician and organizing necessary on the job training for them.


• Good project management and analytic skills.


• Able to work independently and self –motivated.


• Able to speak well in English and Malay.
