PRODUCT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.       Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem.
2.       Ability to plan, coordinate and manage assigned projects within the timeline and existing resources.
3.       Responsible to prepare technical report, product write ups and presentation including projections and technical analysis reports including training to customers.
4.       To assist in supporting pre and post sales with necessary technical information and support.
5.       Responsible for on-the –job training and troubleshoot equipment failures, implement corrective action & preventive actions.
6.       Develop and document product development plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.       Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or equivalent.
2.       Knowledge in agriculture machinery is an advantage.
3.       Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
4.       Dynamic, highly motivated and result oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
5.       Good in numerical and analytics.
6.       Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
