Office Administrator

Provides administrative support and office support functions
Performs daily administrative duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages and attending phone enquiries
Manages office supplies
Organises and maintains students and lecturers files and records such as attendance, registration, payments, receipts and invoices.
Assists in managing office facilities
Assists in data entry
Compiles lecture notes and handles distribution of notes to students
Managing basic marketing tasks such as updating facebook posts, twitter and etc
Coordinate and assist in general cleaning of training rooms
Manages other adhoc tasks related to training centre
 
Requirements…
Candidates must possess at least SPM and any other higher qualification will be preferred
Must be able to speak English and BM and candidate who can speak Mandarin will be an advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Must be computer literate
Working hours: 5 day week
