Client Engagement Specialist (Tele Marketing)

The client engagement team is focused on and committed in reaching potential customers through phone, email and face to face sessions sharing the services, products and solutions of our client. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about sales and those who wish to fast-track their careers. Successful candidates will also be exposed in the following areas :

•Lead generation

•Account relationship and management 

•Strategy and planning 

•Target management  

Responsibilities 

•Perform sales activities to promote various products based on campaign assignment

•Develop and follow up on business leads and potential customers and convert potential leads to sales 

•Build relationships and communicate with customers over the phone while providing a high standard of service by following guidelines in accordance to product factsheets and sales script

•Deliver and educate potential customers on product benefits in the long run

•Able to meet sales performance indicator

•Report daily to team manager on progress of work

•Contribute to team effort by achieving results as needed individually and as a team player

Requirements 

Must have at least 1 year experience 

Proven track record of being a motivated self-starter with ability to work in a

fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
