Our client activities are bulk earthworks, highway and interchanges, bridges, piling and foundation works, construction of commercial, industrial and residential buildings, design & build works and mass rapid transit works.
about the role
To assist the Asst. Contracts Manager to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.
To implement all policies, activities,procedures,instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
- To prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotations.
- To prepare and submit progress claim and final accounts to clients.
- To evaluate progress claims/invoices and final accounts from sub-contractors.
- To carry out taking-off quantities / measurements and prepare bill of quantities
skills & responsibilities
- Total work experience of 3-5 years in quantity surveying
- Experience with Main Contractors or Sub Contractors with civil, infrastructure project
- Excellent written & verbal English, Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
- Able to take-off quantities, Basic Knowledge in contractual matters, able to read drawings and prepare cost estimates, Computer Literate, AutoC
