Join a major main contractor with >RM6BN in current projects. Our client specialise in High rise (20+) buildings both commercial and residential. With 40 years of experience our client is a top 10 construction company with Developer, Main Contractor and Assets that include Hotels, Malls and Condos. 5 Days per week.

the role
You will be assigned to 1 major project (200m+ Office Block). This high rise project is will run until 2019 and you will manage the pre and post contracts. You will build relationships with subcontractors and award tenders. You will work closely with a Contract Manager who will also be assigned to this project.

skills & responsibilities
Total work experience of 3-6 years.
Experience with Main Contractors, Developers or PMC
Experience with Commercial projects (Hotels or offices)
Experience on projects worth >MYR 100m
