Job Description

– Work closely with process operations focal, global coordinator and department managers to ensure forecast and actual spending achieves full year gross and net budget targets.

– Provide Operational and Financial support as follows:

– Purchase Order Requests – raising PO and follow ups/tracking, Cross Border billing, Monthly spending (gross and net) forecast and tracking – actual and forecast, providing updates on spend to appropriate managers and global ops focal, Monthly WW tracking of headcount, Monthly WW reports to managers

– gross and net actual vs. budget, Monthly meeting with managers, as required, Monthly journals/recoveries, Setting up of Project codes/department codes as needed, Answer queries from department owners, Project managers, finance and other internal customers in a timely and accurate manner and update actual spend of programs in Diversity operations tool.

Qualifications

Finance / Accounting background, Excel/spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, Cognos & SAP (advantage), Fluent in English (both written and verbal). No specified years required
