F&B Manager / Assistant Manager
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of outlets and to engage in suggestive selling.
2. To improve and promote sales growth as well as customer services at health
drink outlets located at various shopping malls.
3. To plan, manage, motivate and monitor outlet leader & crews to achieve business
objectives, smooth operations and workflow of all outlets.
4. To ensure strong team spirit and work closely with different departments within
the company in order to achieve management’s objective.
5. Supervise the outlet cleanliness and adheres to safety & sanitation regulations,
monitor food wastage and the outlet expenses.
6. To ensure excellent discipline throughout all outlets, establish and maintain
effective employee relations.
7. Control, analyze and initiate corrective measures in respect of quality levels of
product and services, guest satisfaction, merchandising and operation costs.

Requirements :-
1. Preferably manager specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant services and
minimum with 3 years working experiences in related industry.
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills & able to motivate a team.
3. Outlet Kiosk experience is highly preferred.
4. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin language.
5. Effective problem solving/decision making abilities.
6. Respectable, good in following up, good business mind and strong belief in
excellent customer service.
