about the role
In this role you will be reporting to the CEO.
duties
- You will lead all accounting and finance matters of the company this includes:
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records
- Financial planning, budgeting and managerial reports of the company
- Control Operating expenditure for the company
- Investment appraisal and capital budgeting
- Procurement and negotiation with vendors
- Ensure the achievement of profit targets
- Chair monthly management meeting
- Overall statutory compliance with government agencies
skills & experience
- At least a Degree in Accounting and / or Finance,
- A Professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA / ICAEW / CIMA is an added advantage
- Minimum 8 years of working experience (A minimum of 3 years in the Logistics)
- Being organised and able to take on task independently
- Poses effective interpersonal and communication skills
