About the role


Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Human Resource, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions and provision of all HR operational activities. Some of the incumbent’s key accountabilities include:


  • Provide HR support and assist in payroll and claims, update staff database, medical, leave administration, annual EA Forms and E forms, leave management, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, PA, HS and general insurance, team events and employee engagement activities.

  • Generating analyst report for management and finance, staff attrition, organization chart updates

  • Other ad hoc HR related functions as directed from time to time. Work closely with AM HR / Vice President of Human Resources to ensure smooth running of HR activities.

Skills & Experiences:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management or any field related

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant HR generalist experience

  • Knowledgeable in using HR system tools: HR2000, QuickPay, etc

  • Experience in full Payroll processing

  • Good communication skills

  • Team player mentality is extremely important in this role

  • Ability to work independently
