Our client is a global relocations company located at Hicom Glenmarie.
About the role:
This is a replacement role and will primarily focus on the below:
- Provide leadership and direction for the Immigration Services Team.
- Provide prompt advisory and manage responses to clients, partners and potential partners.
- Review immigration application paperwork by staff and preparation of immigration application, where necessary.
- Prepare fee quotes, immigration process flows, procedures, presentations and any information or data requests by clients and partners.
- Provide sales support to Relocation Services Manager and Business Development Manager.
- Manage any service failures or client escalations by doing complete research; including timeline of events, summary and actions plan (when required).
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in any field
- Candidate with at least 6 years in the similar industry or field
- Has experience of managing a team of 2
