About the company


Our client is a global relocations company located at Hicom Glenmarie.


About the role:


This is a replacement role and will primarily focus on the below:


  • Provide leadership and direction for the Immigration Services Team.

  • Provide prompt advisory and manage responses to clients, partners and potential partners.

  • Review immigration application paperwork by staff and preparation of immigration application, where necessary.

  • Prepare fee quotes, immigration process flows, procedures, presentations and any information or data requests by clients and partners.

  • Provide sales support to Relocation Services Manager and Business Development Manager.

  • Manage any service failures or client escalations by doing complete research; including timeline of events, summary and actions plan (when required).

Requirements:


  • Minimum a Diploma in any field

  • Candidate with at least 6 years in the similar industry or field

  • Has experience of managing a team of 2
