Account cum Admin
We are urgently looking for a capable and experienced Administrator Assistant/ Executive who also have experience in accounting. Working alongside other administrators the candidate will perform all admin and accounting duties for the Accounts & Office managers. Open for 2(Two) position.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist in Daily Accounting Work & System entries
• Able to do payroll
• Invoice analysis & matching
• Follow up payment
• Prepare of accounts analysis for accounting and auditing purposes
• Checking and verify discrepancies on supplier invoice and ensure margin is within company agreed range. Coding of Supplier’s invoices and invoice daily
• Handle all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company.
• Responsible for day-to-day general accounting, function, assist in purchasing, creditor & expense payments, quotation, invoice
• Send our invoice, statements and follow up on overdue customer collections
Detailed Responsibilities
• Perform all administrative work including office administration, answering phone call and material procurement
• Assist team when required to prepare quotation, service reports, invoice and receipts
• Prepare basic accounting entries
• Ensure efficiency filling of all documents and accounting records for easy retrieve and references.
• Handle company claims and petty cash also GST Report
• Do telemarketing and proposal formulation
Other responsibilities
• Perform banking duties
• Assistant to the company management team
• Assists in handling other operational tasks as and when required
Job Requirements:
• At least Diploma/Degree in Business Management
• At least 1 year work experience of similar role
• Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting / Cost Accounting
• Responsible, committed, highly motivated and result oriented individual who takes pride in his/her work.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Able to work with minimal guidance, and can manage and plan own time
• Language both written & verbal: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Age: 24 and above
