The Company

• Join an internationally listed REIT and work with a team of property management professionals to ensure efficient and effective management of properties owned by the Group.

The Role

• Formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value for our assets.


• Responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cash flow and asset value; preparing and managing our annual budgets and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, and rental collection. 


• Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations

  The Experience

• You should possess a Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent with at least 5 years’ experience in asset management, leasing and lease management or property management.


• You should also have good knowledge of the local industrial & commercial markets. To succeed in this role, you should be a leader and a good team player, possess a high level of initiative, hands-on, resourceful, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 


• Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
