Compensation Administrator - Cyberjaya, SGR
Job Description
– Manage end to end compensation related transactions for Executives across IBM which will involve partnering with Executive Comp Program Managers ( ECPMs), CHQ and payroll teams with accuracy and process compliance.
– Participate in executive comp cycle activities
– Take a lead role in managing the cycles and act as a backup
– Engage deeply with the ECPMs to accurately and timely close the transactions.
– Act as an advisor to the new ECPMs on Executive processes.
– Improve the current processes.
– Potential team lead role where the individual would move to take on team lead responsibilities in the next 6 – 8 months
