Key Responsibilities
– Responding to all issued Work Orders so that all maintenance work can be completed within the specified timeframe according to the Standard Operating Procedure
– Ensure that staffs provide a high standard of guest service, safety and security according to the Standard Operating Procedures which are value for money, cost effective and responsive to the guest needs to encourage repeat business
– Managing, apraising, developing, training, correcting mistakes and motivating staffs so that they will carry out their duties efficiently according to the Standard Operating Procedures within a positive working environment
– Ensure prompt availability of rooms in a good condition for sale. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public area and hotel property on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annualy basis and initiate timely and proper actions to ensure that maintenance standards are met
– Ensure that all hotel assets are on standby and are ready for use by hotel guests at any time according to the manufacturers" specifications

Requirements

– Can communicate in English
