HR cum Admin Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES :FULL SPECTRUM OF HR
To support and assist in all recruitment process.
To manage all HR record, date (Leave, MC, attendance report ) and responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively.
To manage and prepare all required reports
Responsible to store inventory and issue staff uniform
Ad – hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
Work closely with group of supervisors.
FULL SPECTRUM OF ADMINISTRATION
General Documentation, filing and data entry
Responsible for office stationery supply and operating equipment
Preparation and filing of internal Memos.
Candidates must possess at least a Certificate in Human Resource Management,Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Basic Knowledge MS OFFICE (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Possess a positive hands-on & proactive attitude, excellent time management , supervisory and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and work well under pressure and able to handle stress
Good follow through on task assigned.
Must be meticulous,organized and good with document filing.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Good Command Of English and Bahasa Melayu
Candidates must be willing to work in Jalan Baru
Candidate who is available IMMEDIATELY will be an added advantage
