Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily human resources and administration functions of the company


• Manpower planning and recruitment support, liaise with employment agencies and post advertisements


• Drive training & development programme and monitor HRDF grants and claims


• Implement compensation & benefits plans and manage employees welfare


• Maintain and enforce human resources policies and procedures


• Handle disciplinary issues and provide counseling and coaching


• Monthly payroll processing and submission of statutory contributions


• Attend to foreign workers immigration matters and documentation


• Prepare reports and attend to correspondences


• Coordinate corporate activities and events


• Provide support on office maintenance, security, office equipment, tenancy, corporate insurance, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline


• At least 3 years working experience in similar capacity


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ISO is required


• Strong analytical, problem solving, good interpersonal and communication skills


• Diplomatic and responsible


• Excellent leadership and people oriented


• Must be able to work in Telok Panglima Garang


• Conversant in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia languages


• Candidates who can converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage


• Salary range RM3000 – RM4000
