The client is an Architectural Design firm based in Puchong, in line with their growing business they are currently looking for a Lead Draughtsman to manage their drafting team. Projects will include a mix of Residential and Commercial developments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects


• Allocate drafting work to the team of draughtsman


• Plan resources and check drawings to ensure all matters are in compliance


• lead a team of 8 draughtsman

 
Responsibilities:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture / Drafting


• At least 6 years of experience in Architectural Drafting


• Good knowledge of building regulations and by-laws
