About the role


Reporting to the Manager for Learning and Development, you will be responsible in designing and developing training programs with the use of innovative technology available. Some of the incumbent’s key accountabilities include:


  • Provide training solutions

  • Determine employee performance requirements

  • Understand employee thinking process

The incumbent may also be involved in other learning and development related projects as well as any relevant training opportunities.

To apply for this role, you should possess at least 2 years of Learning and Development exposure within an MNC environment. Country-level Learning and Development experience is sufficient, however should you have regional or global exposure, you are more than welcomed to apply as well.
