About The Company
• Our client is an International firm who provides solutions and technology to the construction professionals globally. Currently hiring for Senior/Managerial level people to manage their aggressively growing teams.  
 
About The Role
• Lead a team of mobile developers and able to share as well as drive together company and team visions with the team members 
 
Duties
• Involve in team management which include people management, resource allocation, task delegation, organizing coaching, plan and drive the career progress and self-development activities for each team member
• Active in hiring activities
• Consistently measure the status of the active projects and handle escalations accordingly
• Maintain communication across the floor and to the management as needed
• Work closely with business partners and collaborate within the Global IT Team
 
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor (CGPA > 3.0) / Master degree in IT, Project Management, Software Development
• At least 2 – 6 years of experience in leading mobile development team, involved in hiring and people development
• Fluent in English
