Job Description
- Discussed and liaise with customer to gather detailed requirements for SAP RE 2.
- Worked with developers on the customer requirements
- Perform testing and document results of testing
- Worked on service requests and prioritised with customers
- Manage and resolve incident tickets according to severity levels and SLA
- Identify resolutions and workaround to all incidents
- Prepare documentation for service requests and incidents
- Provide weekly/monthly status updates on SR and incidents
- Able to work independently and experienced in application support environments
- Work based on client office hours with on-call/onsite support for high severity incidents e.g. Invoice billing period
Requirements
- Candidate must be able to perform daily operational support for SAP RE (Real Estate) independently.
- SAP RE Consultant. Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP Industry Solution for Retail.
- This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
- SR SAP SAP-Industry Solutions SN Nice to have skills:FI consultant with strong skills in AR (Accounts Receivable) and with exposure to other non-financial module, preferable Sales Distribution (SD)
