Regional Sales Manager









Your duties:

Secure and expand local and regional customer relations and business activities by prospecting and networking
Develop regional sales strategies to expand and maintain Messko business
Execute regular customer visits to build up strong customer relationships
Present product information to and carry out trainings for customers, agents and other co-workers Prepare offers for local business
Monitor complaint management in the designated regions
Compile regular reports (e.g. visit reports, market & customer information, forecast)
Maintain close cooperation with client HQ in Germany, international sales and other subsidiaries


Your profile:


Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3-5 years sales experience preferable in the power transmission and distribution field
Self-starter, motivated, strong drive to achieve sales target, ability to work effectively with customers, agents and co-workers
Good numeral understanding, accuracy & integrity
Ability to work independently, flexible and in tight deadlines in the office as well as on-site
Willingness to travel frequently locally & overseas
Strong presentation skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Computer Skills : MS Office, knowledge of
SAP R/3 would be an advantage
