Our client has a solid pipeline of prestigious 5* residential apartment / hotel & mall  projects within central Kuala Lumpur locations and strong relationships with developers, investors and high net worth individuals. They are seeking to bring on an experienced Senior Project Director to primarily lead a landmark project that will change the Kuala Lumpur’s landscape.
 
the role

This is a complex project that will be very hands on in managing all aspects of the development lifecycle. Experience within the following areas is essential:

• Delivering the project within a tight 2 year time frame


• Working with external parties such as consultants


• Feasibility assessment and financial modelling for existing projects


• Resolve planning issues and gain approvals


• Manage budgets and reporting to a number of key stakeholders both internally and externally.

 the experience

Holding relevant tertiary qualifications within property, civil engineering or construction, you will also need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in delivering complex high rise and mixed use development projects.

• Experience completing large project (1bn MYR+)


• 40 + high rise


• Experience managing a team of Senior P.M.’s and P.M.’s 


• 20 + years construction experience in mostly Malaysia 


• Overseas experience on high rise projects are welcome
