KINDERGARTEN TEACHER - MALAYSIA
Our client is a top tier international primary school located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Due to the a restructure within theLower Primary Team, a vacancy has come available for a Kindergarten teacher to teach ages 5 and 6 year students.
The post startsJanuary 2017 and would see you join another three teachers in this Foundation stage team. Staff are a mix of western/native English speakers predominately with UK, Australian or NZ training and or experience. Pupils come from western, local and other Asian families so a teacher with a good ESL background would be highly sort after.
The primary school enjoys some first class facilities with all classroom decked out in the latest audio-visual and multi-media equipment and resources. You will enjoy the support of a tight knit lower primary team under the leadership of the principal who has been in the role for the lastsix years.
Package
The role comes with a salaryfrom $40K to $53K USD per year. Monthly accommodation allowance, annual flights, relocation allowance, private medical cover, tuition fees for up to 2 dependent children and work visa are also included.
Interviews will be taking placeacross August for shortlisted candidates. To be selected for an interview you must meet the minimum requirements
1. Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Primary or Early Years Education.
2. Have English as your first/native language
3. Have taught for a minimum of three years’ full time in a Kindergarten or Primary setting
4. Team player of high standards who is adaptable and flexible in their approach to teaching
5. Above average in the ability to use technology
4. Available to start on a minimum 12-month contract from January 2017 (with the option of a further 2 years)
