Randstad is partnering with leading international FMCG based organization. The client is actively looking for a Project Engineer’s to join their company as part of their expansion plan. The company have is growing and expanding their portfolio and this will be a very unique opportunity in Malaysia which will elevate your career.

about the role

The work required you to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be involved in the new plant development, production line expansion and plant commissioning.

duties

• To plan for execution and implementation of various projects undertaken by the Company.

• To requisite/order various materials (consumables, piping, tools, etc) required to proceed with the projects.

• Oversee the execution of project works and ensuring that it is within the timeframe and its approved budget.

• Ensure that various code of practices is carried out during the project execution such as safety procedures, contractors’ induction programme, contractors’ insurance coverage policy before undertaking the project works, etc.

• To assist Technical Project Manager in various submission to be made to the relevant authorities. To assist in the commissioning of the projects.

• To assist in production trials of new products related to the newly implemented projects.

• To assist maintenance team in the preparation of Repair & Maintenance system.

skills & experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing/packaging/high speed automated equipment or related field.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

• Must be independent and resourceful. Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
