Senior Project Manager – Site Based : Structure

Description

This is the greatest career opportunity in the current construction market. Come be apart of the iconic KL-118 project! Our client, one of the leading main contractors in Malaysia has embarked on building the podium and structure of the KL 118 tower.

The structure is 118 stories.

Our client is looking for some of the best site based project managers and senior project managers who have had good high rise experience and can work on large scale projects.

You will report to the Project Director and act within the boundaries of the contract with the guidance of all supporting teams to deliver the object of the contract to the CLIENT under the agreed terms.

Special Requirements

Candidate must be willing to work 7am to 6pm six days a week.

Qualifications

History of ON SITE experience with high value high rise projects

– Proven track record of building and developing project teams with strong leadership and communication skills at all levels.

– Ability to deliver according to plan, budget and quality; must have problem solving capabilities.

– Demonstrable ability to encourage and facilitate change and continuous improvement initiatives.

– Proven ability to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships with customers and internally across various departments.
