RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES
•            Sales-driven & passionate to achieve sales targets of COCO•LAB retail outlets (health & beauty products)
•            Provide warm and exceptional customer service
•            Opening/closing operations of outlets
•            Possess good product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers
•            Communicating and identifying business opportunities (Retail Sales Consultants engage in meetings with management for suggestions etc.)
•            Build relationships with customers and customer loyalty
•            Manage optimum inventory level
•            Maintain adequate store supplies
•            Manage “road shows” or promotional kiosks when occasion arises
 
REQUIREMENTS
•            Malaysian Female applicants only
•            Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM in any field.
•            Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage
•            Sales driven and able to up sell to customers and hit sales target
•            Knowledge in benefits of COCO•LAB’s core products (training and product knowledge will be provided if otherwise)
•            Excellent customer relations/customer service skills
•            Good communication and interpersonal skills, friendly, outspoken, bubbly, energetic, passionate, team player, responsible
•            Applicants must be willing to work retail hours and willing to work on shifts in COCO•LAB outlets :
– GF35, Ground Floor, NuSentral Mall, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (10am – 7pm / 1pm – 10pm) *connected mall at main KL Sentral station
•            No work experience required. Sales experience would be an advantage
•            Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
•            Possess own transport
•            Must be willing to work Weekends and Public Holidays (6-day work week)
•            Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
