Key Responsibilities
– Assist in all food preparation and help to run the station that he is assigned to efficiently.
– Performing simple tasks under close supervision.
– Any other duties and resposibilities as and when directed by Management as deemed necessary, relevant  and related in the course of work.      
– Ensure that production is done according to standard recipes at all times.
– Pick up the food from the receiving area and store room.   
– Ensuring that all kitchen equipment works and is maintained clean all daily basis.
– Ensuring the kitchen is always clean and safe.


Requirements
– Malaysian citizen
– Can communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu
– Must be skilled at working efficiently and quickly under pressure
– Required to work flexible working hours in view of the hotel occupancy and functions
