About The Role

To build, manage and support key marketing programs that are designed to drive the clients’ engagement.

To analyse and report the performance of these programs to senior management and collaborate with driven product and operations teams.

Duties

• Execute performance-marketing activities


• Optimize and grow existing campaigns in all digital channels, carefully balancing various KPIs


• Create new campaigns and performance marketing experiments (you will have a lot of freedom to execute your own ideas)


• Drive online brand awareness and ensure maximum efficiency of digital marketing budgets and reach of voice


• Focus on ROI of all marketing activities and constantly improve performance


• Lead the Digital Performance Marketing team by mentoring and hiring team members to meet business growth

Skills & Experience

• Comfortable speaking and presenting data


• Thorough understanding of social media


• Knowledge of web analytic reporting tools


• Good at building constructive relationships with colleagues, partners, media owners and agencies
