# Technology understanding with in Distributed /Mainframe Environment.
# Understanding of Metrics , Account SLA , SLO’s .
# Understanding of working with mission critical setup working with global clients.
# Drive/manage service quality and improvement of service delivery processes.
# Continually identify ways to reduce defects , cost of deliver of services and improve service quality.
# Understanding on ITIL principles.
# Understanding of controls & audit readiness .
# Understanding of team and people management.
# Understanding of IBM and competitor IT landscape.
# Willing to work in shifts in line with the service delivery team.
# Strong communication skills, both oral and written as well as ability to present to the senior leadership team.
# Passion towards innovative solutions.
# Excellent collaboration skills among multiple teams to bring in solutions
and add client value, Out of box thinking for integrating all components within SSO Ops for better
approach and solutions.
#Collaboration between all the service line components, related to solution
and proactive approach for performance and capacity management.
Provide functional direction to employees and guide them towards making
up their career
Good knowledge on Intel, UNIX & Windows operating systems, Database, Middleware, Storage, Backup
Required Experience:
Minimum 2+ yrs of Leadership Experience,
Technical Description: The person should have managed medium IT infrastructure delivery, should have been “hands on” on any of the above technologies in the past
