Job Description for Maintenance Assistant Manager

A) Lead Maintenance team to plan and execute the total maintenance program for all Machineries, equipment, dies center and facilities management.

1. Be responsible to monitor the plan and execution of maintenance program for the whole plant.
2. Monitor the problem solving related to maintenance issues.
3. Enhance maintenance performance in line with cost saving initiative.
4. Monitor the spare parts management.
5. Lead the team for cost saving initiatives related to utility and maintenance.
6. Communicate with government authority related to equipment, fire protection, building and utilities.

B) Lead Process team to design cutting and lead prep manufacturing system, At Tooling Build Unit (ATBU) project and system development

1. Be responsible for make project plan with project team and arranging Process’s work, make sure Process’s work catch the time line of each phase of the project.
2. Supervise and monitor the project progress and completion including equipment ordering and infrastructure setup.
3. Be responsible for BOE/BOP modify and update
4. Support EMS, DEMS and other IT system development and implementation.
5. Support new business quotation and investment and MSD preparing.
6. Support E-Cutting implementation and maintenance.
7. Share the lessons learnt and best practice with central ME team and plant ME team.
8. Be responsible for manufacture system development.
9. Be responsible for new process and new equipment test, analysis and development
10. Participate in the trainings related with ME function and management skill.
