Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
1. Responsible for all assigned clerical and administrative duties.
2. Establishes and maintains office records and documents.
3. Attend to customers and visitors’ enquiries.
4. Perform on-demand tasks when required by the management.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum qualification: Professional Certificate/Diploma or Advanced Diploma in related field.
2. Minimum experience: 1 year
3. Must have good customer service skills and the ability to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Must possess good problem-solving and computer skills.
5. Must be highly attentive to details and able to adapt well to fast-paced work environment.
6. Pleasant attitude, trustworthy, good teamwork skills and able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
7. Must be able to start working immediately.
