our client is a local architectural firm highly involved in high rise and commercial projects. The role has arisen due to increasing number of high value projects and they are looking to expand their business.

job description

• prepare design proposal, layout plans and material board for presentation.


• to assist in various design projects undertaken by the company.


• assist in implementing project plans according to schedules and budget.


• understand client briefs and concept options as per client’s requirement.

requirements

• possess strong flair in design and strong technical knowledge.


• must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.


• good presentation skill in Autocad, Sektchup and Photoshop. Experience in Revit would be an advantage.


• resourceful, able to meet tight deadlines and multi tasking.


• self-motivated, disciplined, performance driven and able to work independently.


• must have at least 4 – 6 years of working experiences in the architecture industry.
