About the role


Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment activites. Some of the incumbent’s key accountabilities include:


  • The full cycle Technical Recruiter with a successful track record inside high technology software companies, sourcing and recruiting outstanding Software Developers and Engineers.

  • Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc. Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively and a keen knowledge of software technology is required.

Skills & Experiences:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management or any field related

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant technical recruitment experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player mentality is extremely important in this role

  • Ability to work independently
